Mark and Wendy Reinhart, owners of the Goddard School in Anderson Township since 2010, are opening a second campus in Crestview Hills, Kentucky, in December.

The new early childhood education center will sit at 2613 Legends Way and include 11 classrooms serving about 185 students, WLWT first reported Oct. 20. The school will also add about 30 teaching jobs to the Crestview Hills community, according to the NKyTribune.

The two outlets reported slightly different building sizes. WLWT put the center at 12,000 square feet, while NKyTribune reported 12,200 square feet.

The Reinharts said their path to school ownership started with their own children. "Our journey with The Goddard School began as parents, when we saw the incredible growth and development our own three sons experienced … and that ultimately inspired us to become school owners," Mark Reinhart said in a statement reported by WLWT.

He added that the Crestview Hills location gives the couple a chance to share that experience with more families.

The new facility will feature an indoor gymnasium, multiple turf playgrounds, a soccer field and an outdoor classroom for music, dramatic play and hands-on exploration, according to WLWT. The school will also be equipped with sanitization equipment, NKyTribune reported.

The Reinharts' Anderson Township school has earned the Goddard franchise system's Circle of Excellence President's Club Award for the March 2026 to March 2027 period, according to the school's profile page. That recognition goes to franchisees who score in the top 10 percent across health and safety, curriculum, overall quality, punctual reporting and business operations.

The Anderson Township location also received the franchise's Humanitarian Award during the October 2022 to April 2023 period and an Anderson Township Beautification Award for outstanding nonresidential landscape design.

The Crestview Hills campus will be the 11th Goddard School in the Greater Cincinnati area, according to NKyTribune.
