Pease Doors opened a 70,000-square-foot showroom and headquarters at 5801 Mariemont Ave. on Thursday, June 18, quadrupling the company's local footprint and giving the online door seller its first walk-in retail space.
The facility lets customers see and touch finished entry doors, decorative glass and hardware before buying. A live 3-D configurator station allows visitors to design a custom door on-screen, and the on-site warehouse means most orders ship within 24 hours, according to Local 12.
"Buying a door can be slow and frustrating and complicated, and we think it should be the opposite of that," co-president Fletcher Pease said at the June 18 ribbon cutting, as reported by WLWT. "So, we focus on quality, speed, customization and a high level of service where we treat everybody like a person, not just another number or a support ticket."
Brothers David and Fletcher Pease founded Pease Doors in 2020 with co-founder Jared, starting out of a home basement before moving operations to a garage. The family name goes back further: Pease Woodworking Co. was founded in 1893 on the banks of the Ohio River downtown and became one of the largest millworks in the country, according to Local 12.
The brothers appeared on ABC's "Shark Tank" in 2023. By October 2024, the Cincinnati Business Courier reported the company was on track for $10 million in annual sales and planned to quadruple its space by moving into a new Mariemont facility.
That expansion is now complete. Doors are assembled and finished on-site, then shipped to homes across the country. The company says it has served more than 200,000 customers to date.
Customers who visit the showroom can build a custom door and have it shipped to their home within a week, according to WLWT.
The showroom at 5801 Mariemont Ave. is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on weekends by appointment. The phone number is 513-871-8907.
