Someone stripped all four tires and rims from a vehicle in Anderson Township on Monday, July 27, and police still need help finding the person responsible.

The Cincinnati Police Department's District 1 posted a public appeal on Tuesday, Aug. 4, asking residents to help identify the driver of a black Chrysler 300 with black rims and dark-tinted windows. The post included a photograph of the suspect vehicle.

The suspect may be a white male, according to the Cincinnati Police Department.

No arrests have been made.

Anderson Township offers a voluntary Security Camera Registration Program through the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office District 5 substation. The township also has at least 24 Flock license plate reader cameras along its roadways, with trustees voting in 2025 to add eight more locations. As we reported Aug. 3, the Sheriff's Office is set to brief Anderson trustees on the Flock camera system Thursday, Aug. 6. The cameras read license plates on vehicles traveling township roads and are linked to a nationwide network of more than 26,000 Flock devices.
