Turpin High School boys golf will hold varsity and JV tryouts over two days, with coaches collecting scorecards across a combined 27 holes to determine fall roster spots, according to an announcement posted on the Turpin Athletics website on Monday.

Day one is Monday, July 27, at Ivy Hills Country Club in Anderson Township. The 9-hole round begins at 3 p.m. Players will not pay a greens fee, but the course will be closed, meaning no access to the driving range or practice facilities. Players should arrive early to warm up and be ready to go out in groups set by coaches.

Day two is Tuesday, July 28, at Reeves Golf Course. The 18-hole walking round starts at 7 a.m. sharp. Players are responsible for their own greens fees; the junior walking rate is $17 with a YGA card. The program emphasized the firm start time because Reeves is a busy public course.
