Anderson Township’s Nov. 5 trustees’ agenda listed nuisance resolutions, firefighter safety grant applications and a request to seek sidewalk construction bids.
The Board of Township Trustees’ revised agenda identifies proposed actions, rather than final votes. It does not establish which measures passed.
Properties and public works
The agenda listed a nuisance determination and a resolution to secure a structure at 2440 Concordgreen Drive. It also listed a subsequent-nuisance resolution for 1907 Eight Mile Road.
Another item sought authorization to bid on Forest Road sidewalks between Meadowland Drive and Forest Acres. That request concerned bidding, rather than awarding a construction contract.
Grants and planning
Grant items sought permission to apply for firefighter exposure-reduction funding and a Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Safety Intervention Grant. The agenda did not list grant amounts.
Other items included a potential Cincinnati Recycling & Reuse Hub satellite location and a resolution initiating adoption of the comprehensive plan update.
The agenda also previewed Nov. 19 items, including Hunley Road trails planning and a 2027 landscape maintenance contract.
As of Nov. 6, the township’s published minutes page did not include the Nov. 5 meeting. Its results could not be confirmed from those records.
