The Turpin Spartans girls golf team competed at Archbishop Alter High School on Monday, Aug. 17, the program's fourth outing in 13 days to open the 2026 fall season.

The event may have been an invitational format with multiple schools, based on other area programs' schedules listing an "Alter Invitational" that morning. Turpin's athletics department confirmed the match but has not posted scores.

The Spartans have kept a packed early schedule. Turpin opened Aug. 5 at the ECC Pre-Season Championship at Walden Ponds Golf Club, played the Forest Hills Invite on Aug. 10, then faced Walnut Hills in an Eastern Cincinnati Conference match at Sharon Woods Golf Club on Aug. 12. As we reported Aug. 12, that Walnut Hills contest was the Spartans' third round in eight days.

Results from all four events and the next scheduled match have not been posted on goturpin.com as of Wednesday, Aug. 19.
